Event scheduling, for 2 sessions or more, is now handled by dCloud Support and is available to Cisco Employees. Partner users can ask a Cisco sponsor to submit the request on your behalf. Support will respond to your requests within 2 business days.
Session capacity available for events is based on system utilization and business justification.
The earlier you submit your request the greater the chance capacity will be available!
If capacity is not available at the requested time you can try reducing the number of sessions or run the sessions from another data center. We recommend always testing your connection speed and quality against the selected data center.
